We now offer delivery within the US, EU, UK, Canada and Australia!

Shipping Timelines:

Due to high demand, limited availability, and the care that goes into production, some orders may take a little longer to be processed. We make pieces in thoughtful quantities to reduce waste and support sustainable practices. Your jewelry will arrive freshly crafted — making the wait all the more special.
 

Delivery Options at Checkout:

  • Domestic Delivery is complimentary and arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch (order processing time is not incuded).
  • International Delivery costs and timelines depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Customs fees and duties are included in the final cost of your order.

 

Important Shipping Notes:


Please ensure that shipping is directed to a secure location to help prevent lost or stolen packages.

Sales tax is applied automatically at checkout depending on the destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

Once your tracking number is available, you’ll receive an email with the details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping timelines are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays (e.g., weather, high volume, traffic).

 

Delivery is Lost or Stolen

 

All orders are insured while in transit. If your package is lost before delivery is confirmed, we will happily replace or refund your order.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Stone Fruit is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. For added security, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact our Care Team at care@stonefruit.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, we will work with you and the carrier to try to resolve the issue.

Please contact our Care Team within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.

 

Returns

 

Currently, all returns, including international returns, are complimentary and accepted within 14 business days of the delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including tags, box, pouch, and any gifts with purchase).
  • Once received, each item will be inspected to confirm it meets our quality standards for new, sellable merchandise.
  • Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender, and Stone Fruit is not liable for any associated loss.
  • Even exchanges can be processed for ring size changes within the same style. On the Return Form, in the “Additional Notes” section, please indicate the size you would like instead.


To submit a return request:

  • To submit your return you can use this form or log into your account, locate the order you’d like to return, and select “Return Product.”
  • Once your return request is approved by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your pre-paid return shipping label.
  • For returns shipped outside of the United States, please contact care@stonefruit.com to receive your prepaid shipping label.

 

Refunds


Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. If an item does not comply with the return policy, it will be returned to the sender, and Stone Fruit is not responsible for any loss.

 

Returning a Gift


We are happy to process your gift return for an exchnahe for a piece of the same value, or issue a refund in the form of store credit (digital gift card). Please contact our Care Team at care@stonefruit.com with the order number to initiate the process.

 

Return Shipping


Once your return request is authorized, you will be provided with your pre-paid return shipping label. A return ground shipping is complimentary. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product Concerns


If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our Care Team at care@stonefruit.com before returning your order, including a brief description of the issue and photos. We will work on a resolution as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Our natural gemstones are selected for their uniqueness and character — each one is truly one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, pattern, inclusions, or veining are part of its natural beauty. These subtle differences are what give each piece its individuality — no two stones will ever be exactly alike. The gemstone you receive will be unique to your order, making your piece exclusively yours.

The color of precious metals may vary across devices. Lighting (natural or indoor) and background colors can influence how the piece appears. 

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
