- How long does it take to receive my order?
We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible! Due to high demand, limited availability, and the care that goes into crafting each piece, some orders may take a little longer to arrive.
We produce just the right quantities to meet our customers’ needs, helping us minimize waste and support sustainable practices.
We expect to ship our first orders by October 21st, 2025, which will be fulfilled with freshly crafted pieces, making it extra special — and definitely worth the wait.
Actual delivery times will vary by location and will be confirmed once your order is dispatched. - What shipping options are available?
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): At checkout, you can choose Standard or 2-Day delivery. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details so you can confirm the delivery date.
IInternational Shipping: Expedited delivery is available. Please note that the estimated delivery date is calculated after the order is dispatched, and shipping costs depend on the delivery location.
For security, please provide a confirmed, secure shipping address. We’re unable to ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies. - Do you ship internationally? What is the cost?
Although we currently ship within the United States, Canada and Australia only, we’re actively working on expanding so that Stone Fruit can be enjoyed worldwide.
U.S. Standard Ground delivery is complementary.
Expedited and International delivery costs are calculated at checkout and based on your location. It typically arrives within 2 business days after dispatch.
Once your tracking number is available, you’ll receive an email with all the details to follow your package every step of the way. - How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also confirm your tracking number and check delivery status using this form.
- What is your return policy?
We hope every piece feels just right. But if you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including tags, box, pouch, and any gifts with purchase). Please find more information about our return policies here.
- Can I return a gift?
Gifts may be returned for store credit, issued as a Stone Fruit digital gift card. Please contact our Care Team at care@stonefruit.com with the order number to begin the process.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but it’s simple — just return your item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you’d like instead.
- Who covers the return shipping cost?
Return shipping is complimentary and provided at no additional cost to you. We hope you love your pieces, but if you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please find more information about our return policies here.
- How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received. Please note that each return undergoes a quality check, and items that do not meet our standards will be returned to the sender.

- What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our pieces are primarily crafted in sterling silver and 14k gold vermeil.
Sterling silver is a precious metal made of 92.5% pure silver blended with 7.5% other alloys to enhance durability.Vermeil (pronounced ver-MAY) is sterling silver that’s been coated with a thick layer of gold — at least 2.5 microns — giving it the rich look of gold with the strength of silver at its core.

We collaborate with Mumbai-based partners who are celebrated for their commitment to the highest standards of craftsmanship and care. Each is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), which ensures strict adherence to ethical sourcing, fair labor practices, and environmental responsibility.
These partnerships mean our jewelry is not only beautiful but also created with integrity — so you can feel truly good about wearing it.
- Are the gemstones natural or lab-grown?
We use both natural and lab-grown gemstones, depending on the design. Learn more about our materials here.
- Why doesn’t my piece look exactly like the website image?
Our natural gemstones are selected for their uniqueness and character — each one is truly one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, pattern, inclusions, or veining are part of its natural beauty. These subtle differences are what give each piece its individuality — no two stones will ever be exactly alike. The gemstone you receive will be unique to your order, making your piece exclusively yours.
The color of precious metals may vary across devices. Lighting (natural or indoor) and background colors can influence how the piece appears.
- How should I care for my jewelry?
Apply lotions, perfumes, and cosmetics before putting on your jewelry to help preserve its shine. Avoid wearing in water (showers, swimming, saunas) or during heavy exercise. Store in a soft pouch or dry, airtight container when not in use. For a detailed care guide, please visit our jewelry care page.
Note: Like all precious metals, our pieces will naturally develop subtle marks with wear. These fine scratches gradually blend into a gentle sheen, giving your jewelry a unique character that reflects your story. With gold vermeil — gold layered over sterling silver — some of the silver may eventually peek through in high-touch areas such as ring bands or bracelet interiors, adding to the piece’s lived-in beauty.
- Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We hope your Stone Fruit piece brings joy for a lifetime — and with proper care, it will. If there happens to be a flaw, such as a loose stone, it will usually appear within the first year.
That’s why we offer a one-year warranty covering flaws in craftsmanship or materials. If you notice an issue, please contact our Care Team at care@stonefruit.com with photos and a brief description, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, or fading), damage from improper care (such as exposure to water, chemicals, or excessive force), or modifications made by third-party jewelers.
- What should I do if my jewelry arrived damaged?
If you receive a damaged item in your order or believe a piece is faulty, please contact our Care Team at care@stonefruit.com with details and photos of the damage. We will work on a resolution as soon as possible!
Kindly note, normal wear and tear is not considered a defect or damage. Precious metals will show marks from contact with harder surfaces, which are most noticeable on newly polished areas. Over time, these minor scratches blend together, creating a soft sheen and adding character to your piece
- Orders
- Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your shipping notification has already been sent, we’re unable to make changes to your order. However, if your order is still processing, our Care Team (urgently available weekdays via chat and at care@stonefruit.com) will be happy to do their best to assist you. Please note that while we’ll try to accommodate your request, changes may not always be possible.

Please enter your address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact our Care Team as soon as possible to request a correction.
Note: We cannot accommodate changes to a different state due to varying sales tax rates.Product Changes:
We cannot modify orders that have already been confirmed. To change items, the order must be canceled and placed again with the desired products. Please contact our Care Team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.Contact Information:
Shipping confirmations and tracking numbers are sent to the email provided at checkout and cannot be updated.
If your order is a gift, we recommend informing the recipient to avoid confusion.
If a recipient’s name needs to be updated, please conatct our Care Team as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet the update should be possible. - Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We try to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible and are unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order.
The order status in your account may differ slightly from the warehouses due to system update timing. To request a cancellation please contact our Care Team at care@stonefruit.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will get back to you with the confirmation.
Please note that while we’ll try to accommodate your request, changes may not always be possible. If you have already received a shipping notification, your order cannot be cancelled. - Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each Stone Fruit piece arrives in our signature jewelry box — designed to be as beautiful as the jewelry it holds. Your order is thoughtfully packaged and ready to delight, with no need for additional wrapping.
- Can I order a gift for someone else?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping details at checkout. We recommend not using the gift recipient’s email address if you wish to keep the order details and cost confidential.
- How do I return a gift?
Store credit is offered for returned gift orders. Please contact our Care Team at care@stonefruit.com with the order number to initiate the process.
